Are sessions in person or virtual?
I see clients both in person and virtually.
What is your fee per session?
50 minute session: $150
60 minute session for couples: $185
30 minute skills training session: $85
How often would we meet?
Either weekly or biweekly. When starting out, I recommend meeting weekly for the first 4-6 weeks to establish a thorough understanding of your unique situation. After that, we can adjust the frequency of sessions according to your needs. Together, we'll determine what works best to achieve your treatment goals.
Do you take insurance?
I do not currently accept insurance however, if you have Out of Network (OON) benefits as part of your policy, I can help you with getting reimbursed.
